Return Policy 

Our aim is for every customer to be happy with their product. But if one of the following cases applies, you may return your order within 12 days. 

​

Warning: make sure the product(s) are clean and unworn. All products worn and damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

​

Rings/Necklaces/Bracelets can be returned for store credit for the following reason:

1 - Product did not meet customer's expectations.

2 - Incorrect size.

​

For hygiene reasons, Earrings and Hair Accesories cannot be returned. 

​

A refund can only be made if:

- The product received was damaged or defective. Make sure to attach pictures that clearly show the defect and send us the product in its original packaging.

​

No Returns or Store Credit will be accepted on Sale Items. 

How do I return an item? 

Damaged items:

1 - Contact us via our platform or email.

2 - Send us a picture of the product.  

3 - A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.

​

Other items: If the product did not meet the customer's expectations, Daniella does not cover the return fees.    

​

Exchanges: Daniella does not offer exchanges on orders placed. 

                       If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.

​

Please note that Daniella Jewelry will only cover the cost of domestic defective returns. 

In Stock - How long before my order ships? 

Daniella ships to both France and international destinations.

To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Warning: this shipping estimate is only for the products that are already in stock and not for Pre-orders.  

 

France: Up to 4 days 

Europe: Up to 7 days 

International: Up to 11 days

Pre-order - How long before my order ships? 

To estimate the total delivery time for your pre-ordered items, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be processed.

Do you ship Internationally? 

Of course we do! Daniella is working with the Post Office to fulfill all international orders. 

At checkout you will have 2 options:

                

Option 1: International parcel (orders < 100 €) 

                   - Tracking number: YES.

                   - Worldwide fixed price: 7,90 €. 

                   - Estimated delivery: Depending on the country. Could take up to 15 days.

Option 2: International free parcel (orders > 100 €) 

                   - Option set up automatically 

                   - Tracking number: YES.

                   - Price: Free.

                   - Estimated delivery: Depending on the country. Could take up to 15 days.

Syrian orders should be placed via Instagram DM or by filling the contact form on our website.  

Shipping options for France

Daniella is working with the Post Office to fulfill all orders for french clients.  

At checkout you will have 2 options:

                

Option 1: Domestic parcel (orders < 100 €)  

                   - Tracking number: YES. 

                   - Fixed price: 3,90 €. 

                   - Estimated delivery: Up to 4 days.

Option 2: Domestic free parcel (orders > 100 €) 

                   - Tracking number: YES. 

                   - Option set up automatically 

                   - Fixed price: Free.

                   - Estimated delivery: Up to 4 days.

Free Shipping 

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout to all orders over 50 Euros (France) and 100 Euros (International).

Please note that Daniella Jewelry will only cover the cost of domestic defective returns. 

International Taxes & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. Daniella cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Daniella, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Daniella. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund/store credit.

In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
