Returns

Our aim is for every customer to be happy with their purchase! But if one of the following cases applies, you may return your order within 12 days of receiving your parcel.

Warning : make sure the product(s) are clean and unworn. All products worn and damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

How?

1 - Contact us via our platform or email

2 - Send us a picture of the product  

3 - A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email within 48 hours

Please note that Daniella Jewelry will only cover the cost of domestic returns. 

​

For sanitary reasons, Earrings and Hair Accesories can't be returned. 

​

Rings/Necklaces/Bracelets can be returned for store credit for the following reasons:

1 - Product(s) did not meet customer's expectations
2 - Incorrect size

A refund can only be made for the following reason:

1 - Product(s) received was/were damaged or defective

​

Make sure to attach pictures that clearly show the defect and send us the product in its original packaging.

Sale Items

All orders placed on discounted items during online sales and promotional periods are final. No exchanges or store credit are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at your expense.

Returns cost 

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and redelivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products allowed to return

For sanitary reasons, earrings and hair accesories can't be returned.

Products that can be returned in exchange of store credit: Rings, Bracelets, Necklaces. 

Exchanges

Daniella does not offer any exchanges. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.
